职位描述：
What you’ll be doing:
? Oversee the non-standard (rework/OT/ICC/ NRE) quotation from CEM to make sure all the charge items are reviewed by NV engineers and the requester/owners.
? Review the cost in the quotation, identify any unreasonable charge then negotiate with CEM for the better price.
? Setup guideline/rule with CEM on quotation format, timing and reach agreements on charge criteria/rate.
? Clarify or getting additional information to business PM if any questions with the quotation from managements. Writing up PR for the approved quotation.
? Support customer/non-OPS visit to CEM.
? Acting as local contact for any business escalation from individual functional team.
What we need to see:
? BS Degree
? 4-6 years CEM Engineering experiences
? 2-4 years contract/price negotiations
