职位描述：
1、Responsible for doing the job timely and correctly according to both issued by the ministry of Finance of The people’s republic
of China and Marian group requirements.
严格执行会计制度要求，并结合MARIAN总部的核算要求，负责应付账款的核算等，并确保核算工作准确性
2、Responsible for checking and booking invoices from domestic and overseas suppliers and making payment 负责公司国内外供
应商发票审核、入账、支付的核算
3、Responsible for checking, booking and payment for expenses related to material purchasing 负责公司与材料采购相关费用的审
核、入账、支付的核算.
4、Responsible for other payables, and expenses reimbursement 内部往来、其他应付款和大额费用报销的核算。
5、Verify and maintain vender information 维护和确保供应商数据的准确性。
6、Call the venders in line with the collection policy or based on venders specific payment pattern. The most appropriate option
should be selected to ensure that the venders receives as close with possible.
收集供应商的收款期限，注意到特别要求，以确保与供应商尽可能一致，不拖欠货款
7、Participate in solving disagreements with venders 参与处理与供应商的分歧中，例如：对账
8、A weekly review will be done to forecast and compare actual collections to targets 每周检查与预算相符状况
9、Make sure follow up the policy of FA ,in the process of fixed assets items: add ,transfer, scrap, depreciation reserves, invoice
validation and cumulated depreciation and so on ,other relevant matters at closure monthly.
固定资产的新增、转移、报废减值、发票校验及月末折旧处理等符合政策.
10、Input the cost acc in ERP timely and correctly，Accrued fees and sharing at the end of the month 及时录入在系统中录入费用
类科目，在月末进行预提和摊销
11、Reconciliation with Kingdee 与金蝶对账
12、Other assignment 其它日常事务

Capacity Requirement 能力要求:
1、Good communication and interpersonal skills 较好的组织协调能力，工作细心，责任感强；
2、Be proficient in MS office ，especially MS Excel 熟练运用MS办公软件，特别是Excel;
3、A capable worker with initiative 能够在压力下工作；
4、Be familiar with kinds of tax such as VAT and so on熟练操作增值税等相关流转税税种；
