职位描述：
1、进行有效的人员管理：营造良好的团队氛围，保证员工积极工作的状态；
2、发展组织：完成人员的引进、培养、淘汰，构建合理的人员梯队；
3、解决资源分配、节奏等方面的问题，确保销售计划的实现；
4、维护客户关系，搜集客户信息；
5、收集市场动态尤其是竞争对手的动态并提出解决方案；
6、分析市场需求给出合理化建议，策划市场活动，进行产品推广；
7、严格控制应收账款项积极督促回款情况，控制可导致的坏账风险；
8、执行上级安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历；
