职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for quotation, PO management, material invoice follow up and delivery control.

RESPONSABILITES:
Quotation for sample build;
Release orders from SAP system to vendors and follow up the progress and delivering control.
Coordinate with financial person to solve the invoice issue according to necessary
Invoice action in system once the products received.

PROFILE :
Excellent on working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Serious and organized, able to work under pressure;
Good communication skills, Teamwork contributor
Good command of written and oral English.
 
岗位职责：
负责询价、订单管理、物料发票的跟进等。
负责样品制作的询价
负责将SAP系统中的订单转给供应商，并跟踪进度和交付的把控。
负责产品收到的同时协调财务人员解决发票问题。

任职资格：
会熟练使用办公软件，如word、Excel、PowerPoint
认真、有条理，有一定的抗压能力
良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
良好的英语口语和书写的能力
可以全职实习
