职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Strictly implement the ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 quality management system as well as 6S, and follow up for continuous improvement.
? Work on the nonconformance raised by customers during the audit, draw up and implement the improvement plan, complete the corrective action report to properly address each customer non-conformance, and follow up the implementation of each corrective action in the plant.
? Prepare for customer audit and new supplier NPI certification audit, prepare all the quality system documents and records as required by customers, pre-audit the factory to make sure the factory has been prepared well for the audit in both on-site management and documentation.
? Fill in the quality system questionnaire form and confirm we meet the requirements from the questionnaire. Deal with quality system problems raised by customers and prepare relative documents as required.
? Additional tasks assign by reporting manager.

Position Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry, mechanical and Industry engineering.
? Minimum 5 years’ working experience with PCB manufacturing enterprise for quality system.
? Must have quality system working experience with PCB manufacturing enterprise, familiar with ISO9001 and TS 16949. Know of the ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001.
? Must have rich working experience in handling customer audits, familiar with the preparation for customer audits. Must have hands-on rich experience in pushing plants for continual improvements to meet both customer needs and product quality controls.
? Familiar with PCB process control and quality control, familiar with different kinds of quality system documents.
? Have an understanding of SPC and MSA, etc. Knows about PPAP /APQP, with knowledge of Lean & 6 Sigma would be preferred.
? Understand the on-site management of advanced PCB, working experience at advanced PCB manufacturers would be preferred.
? Good English Speaking, Listening, writing skills, able to accomplish the quality audit corrective action reports in English. Able to conduct simple English conversation with customers.
? Proficient in Microsoft office software.
? Work at Jiangmen, frequent travel within Guangdong province as needed.

4. 填写各类客户品质体系调查表，确认我们满足客户调查表内的相关要求。处理客户对质量体系管理上的问题，并准备客户所需的相关资料、报告。
5. 配合经理跟进对各类质量异常所拟定改善行动方案的落实状况，并跟进改善效果。
职位要求:
1. 化学、机械或工业工程本科以上学历。
2. 五年以上PCB生产企业的质量系统工作经验。
3. 有PCB制造企业质量体系工作经验，熟悉线路板工厂的质量体系维护及管理，熟悉ISO9001和TS16949，了解ISO14001和OHSAS18001。
4. 必须有较丰富的处理客户审核的工作经验，熟悉客户审核的准备，有丰富的推动工厂改善以满足客户要求、产品质量控制要求的经验。
5. 熟悉线路板的过程控制及品质控制，熟悉各类品质体系文件。
6. 熟悉SPC、MSA等，了解APQP/PPAP，懂得Lean & 6 Sigma者优先。
7. 了解先进PCB在现场管理上的做法，在先进PCB制造企业有工作经验者优先。
8. 有良好的英语听说读写能力，能完成各类英文的稽核问题改善报告，能和客户进行基本的英文口语交流。
9. 常驻在江门，如需要时需在广东省内出差。
