职位描述：
Job responsibilities
1 Check associates expense claim reimbursement for the responsible office(
2 Process the payments on a timely manner
3 Process the invoices and payments booking and assist in the process of month end closing
4 Prepare financial information as required
5 Assist in tax return and monthly reporting.
6 Other reports and accounting related activities where appropriate
7 Coordinate with purchaser department and forwarder for shipping
8 Prepare Booking to forwarders and follow up, prepare necessary shipping documents
9 Report daily purchase order & invoice to HQ.

Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree major in Finance / Accounting.
2 2-3 years working experience in Accounting / Finance field.
3 Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
4 Good English skills both in Written and oral, CET 6 or above
5 Good accounting concepts and knowledge with strong financial and numeric skills.
6 Good analytical skills and can handle tedious tasks
7 Good communication and problem solving skills.
8 Mature and positive personality, excellent interpersonal skill, good team spirit. Flexible and can work well under pressure. 举报 分享
