Job description
1. Invoicing issue and follow up the internal payment strictly on monthly basis.
2. Check SOA with oversea by month, settle AR/AP in system regularly.
3. Communicate with internal OP and HK office.
4. Simply analysis internal business report.
5. Assist other finance issues.
Job/Qualifications requirements
1.College degree or above in Accounting; English of class 4 or above; 2 years working experience in freight forwarding company is preferable;
2. Good PC Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
3. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
4. Independent, responsible, proactive and work under pressure.
5. Have the Accountant qualification certificate.
