Quality Control Engineer– NCAB China

Job description
NCAB Group is one of the leading PCB suppliers in Europe. The company was founded in 1993 and has companies in 14 countries in Europe and China and a turnover of 134(M) EUR. Our products are mainly manufactured in China where we have an organisation for strategic purchase and Factory Management focusing on quality control and continuous development of our factories.
We are now reorganising our organisation in Shenzhen and are looking for one new Quality Control Engineer

Job description:
As a QC Engineer, you are responsible for:
1. Be responsible to supplier quality control. Stay at supplier side and Inspect boards basing upon the related specification. Sampling check the packaging situation
2. Assist PQE to manage the supplier quality. Report the finding and push supplier to improve.
3. Train the supplier QCs NCAB SPEC, IPC SPEC, and the finding in daily inspection.
4. Offer daily and monthly inspection report to relevant persons timely
5. Report the nonconformity to the Leader / PQE.

Qualifications:
1 At least 3 years working experience on quality/technical and years in quality development position in PCB industry.
2 Be familiar with all the defects of PCB, can pick out the defective boards expertly. PCB manufacturing knowledge is the best, quality issues handling or rigid-flex/FPC experience is a plus.
3 Preferred to know IPC standards, UL, ROHS and etc.
4 Excellent communication skills, open-minded.
5 Good office computer skill; carefulness characteristics
6 Fluent in written English. Fluent in spoken English is plus.
7 Team work and quick learner
8 Can stand with frequent business trip by bus/train etc.
9 Work place: Shenzhen or out of Shenzhen. 举报 分享
