职位描述：

? Order Management

？ Receiving/Acknowledgement new orders from regions.

？ Release new orders to relative departments.

？ Understanding customer expectation & communication.

？ CPS Key in when the order is workable.

？ Coordinate with departments involved to finish production and submit the best CDD to CSR.

？ Get fulfillment and transportation cost to Calculate TP before shipment.

？ submit the shipping document to CSR to confirm before shipment

？ Make sure special requirement is done before shipment. Such as: CO, Inspection, L/C, customer contract, XEK file etc…

？ The order status maintenance.

? AX updating

？ Sales Order checking.

？ Sales Order Status updating.

？ Confirmed delivery date input.

？ TP Key in

？ Order acknowledgement posting before shipment.

？ Raise AX shipment by posting picking list

? New product introduction support:

？ BAT management for both card body and fulfillment material

？ New order follow up, such as: installation /BOM creation.

? Reporting

？ Weekly order status report

？ Monthly CDD report to region

Monthly Slow-moving analysis

Support Sales request for tender, quality/CSR audit /enquiry.

Manage Customer satisfaction survey communication to collect feedback.

Required:

? 智能卡及其市场方面的基本知识

The basis knowledge of IC card and market

? 2年以上客户服务工作经验, 熟悉及能运用客户服务专业技能

2 years or above relevant working experience，familiar with customer service skills and apply

? 主动、责任心强、人际沟通能力和谈判技巧

Initiative，strong responsibility, good interpersonal and negotiation skills

? 信息采集及分析能力

Information collection and analysis ability
