岗位职责:

Brand Director ensures that the brands we build are strategically positioned within the marketplace and grow in sustainable and profitable way. The Director is responsible for developing and leading the global integrated marketing strategies and further elevating the value of expansion of the brand.
This individual will achieve this by working closely and bridging across senior management, internal teams, direct reports and our customers.

任职资格:

1) Drive the development of the long term and annual brand plan to support the company’s long term strategic plan.
2) Develop and foster strong working relationships across the organization to achieve company goals and priorities.
4) Act as brand advocate, lead brand positioning through deep understanding of target consumers, industry trends and competitive brands.
5) Lead and build a relevant sustainable and winning brand strategy.
6) The individual working closely with BU / commercial team and PR team to propose short-term and long-term action plan to develop an integrated marketing plan which include media, experiential, PR, digital marketing and retail marketing.
6) Collaborate with commercial team/business unit to execute the define brand marketing plan

Qualification:
Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business.
Min 10 years marketing experience, global or regional experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership skills, strong organizational and analytical skills.
Strategic and critical thinking
Team working skill and comfortable to build the team from scratch
Proficiency in Mandarin and English
