ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
(The fundamental job duties)
1. Be responsible for Non-exempt and Production employees problems regarding staffing, benefits, employee relationship and other related HR issues;
2. Monthly work attendance sheets to record all Shift Duty, Overtime and other variable allowance payments;
3. Social insurance and housing fund, government hire and termination management, open new account, transfer in/out, payment, work-related injury, retirement, special adjustment, etc;
4. Conduct phone screen, arrange interview schedules, occupational physical exams, onboarding process, etc;
5. Coordinate HR orientation and other related administrative tasks for new hires;
6. Work closely with the system upgraded and assist all the relative issues.
7. Maintain employees files, contract(labor contract, confidential agreement, collective contract) management;
8. Process employee status changes in employee list and BAP system;
9. Shanghai Residence Permit/Shanghai Citizenship, working hour system application;
10. Handle simple labor dispute;
11. Other duties as required.
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(The requirements that an individual must absolutely possess to perform the essential functions of the job.)
1. Bachelor degree in human resources, English, business administration or related;
2. 2+ years of experience in related field in MNC;
3. Knowledge of labor rules and regulations;
4. Good English skill and communication skill;
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel;
6. Ability to keep confidentiality in all activities
