职位描述：
Position Scope/Objectives:
Assist commercial manager on pricing maintenance, order management, inventory management, promotional reporting and analysis.
 Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and process all orders for China and Asia sales timely and accurately.
2. Maintain dealer site: item information, images, videos and stock status report.
3. Perform price and margin analysis to ensure proper margin structure.
4. Manage 3PL warehouse, manage stock status, do monthly inventory reconciliation
5. Communicate with customers concerning orders, returns, shipments, products and feedback.
6. Keep record of customer compliant issues and report to compliance team.
7. Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1. College graduated or above.
2. English, International Trade or business English or related discipline.
3. Minimum 3 year working experience in sales support.
4. Familiar with E-commerce operation, with Tmall and JD operation experience.
Competencies:
1. Initiative, organized, detail-minded.
2. Strong spirit of teamwork.
3. Good communication and logistic co-ordination skills.
Communication Level and Computer Literacy:
1. Good command of English on reading, writing and speaking.
2. Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 举报 分享
