Job Description
1. Responsible for supervising and leading Company’s quality related activities, coordinate and interact with external/internal customers/suppliers to ensure all quality indices are meet.
2.Lead problem-solving activities with product groups, process engineering teams and suppliers to identify, track, and resolve customer and internal quality issues including the analysis of product returns from customers, evaluating the viability of return and leading any corrective action required. In addition, it involves resolution of customer initiated corrective actions.
3.Consistent follow up/follow through on living 8D audit, supplier audit, IQA audit, and ensure gaps identified with closures per committed timeline. Ensure linkages and drive Gap closure for FMEA, IPQA & Control Plan.
4.Consistent follow up/follow through on suppliers’ defect detection, FA & prevention activities to ensure corrective actions taken are effective / no recurrence.
5.Help develop & upgrade quality assurance strategy, quality assurance management system, implement, maintain and enhance the QMS, EMS, EHS &OHSAS.
6.Define, perform, review and meet quality requirements for company NPI qualification from product development to
manufacturing stage.
7.Managing Document Control Center (DCC), OGI, Customer return, RMA, FA & Reliability activities.

Qualification & Requirement
1.Master or Bachelor of Science degree in Quality, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
2.Minimum 10 years working experience in Semiconductor field with IC design house, or OSAT as QA role, with below skill :
a.Integrated circuit testing/board-level testing
b.Statistics and statistical data analysis
c.Semiconductor device physics
e.Semiconductor materials analysis
f.Integrated circuit reliability, reliability stressing or reliability modeling
g.IC FA & ESD knowhow
h.Experience with customer interface/audits/quality discussions
3.Solid knowhow of Assembly & Test processes and technology with the ability to apply the understanding to solve problems. Understanding of Fab/wafer processes will be added advantage.
4.Not limited but with solid experience in ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS1800/TS16949 requirements, and AEC Q-100 & JEDEC qualification systems & requirements.
5.Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization, possessing a thorough and clear written and verbal command of the English & Chinese language.
6.Demonstrated ability to effectively solve complex problems. Demonstrated ability of results orientation and taking appropriate action.
7.Computer skills for statistical analysis and communication of technical data.
8.Ability to identify package & device failure mechanisms.
9.Ability to lead, motivate, and encourage a team.
10.Ability to mentor/educate/teach co-workers/supervisors as needed.
11.Desire to learn and develop into new technical areas in the field of reliability and quality. 举报 分享
