Title: Key Account Manager_CDP
Location:Shanghai/Guangdong
Coverage: China
Report to: CDP China Business Manager

Responsibility:

Protect, defend, and grow assigned and developmental accounts in China
1. Maintain existing business in key accounts, such as: ABB, Bekaert, Voklswagen and TI etc.
2. Developing and generate sales revenue at new key accounts like: Siemens, Saint-Gobain Glass, Fuyao etc.

Account planning and management
1. Primary point of contact for assigned customers
2. Creates account plans for all assigned customers
3. Responsible for execution of account plans and developing corrective action plans as needed to close gaps.

Pipeline development
1. Surface project ideas
2. Execute translation priorities
3. Introduce and sell new products to customers

Value Capture
1. Gather volume/pricing/share intelligence
2. Maximize price realization to customer
3. Responsible for creating/maintaining sales forecasts

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in Chemical Engineering
2. 5+ years of working experience. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and business development with high degree of success.
3. Good team player with strong presentation & selling skills
4. Excellent project management ability
5. Creative and open-minded; - Entrepreneurial
6. Excellent communication skill in verbal and written Chinese & English is a must.
