职位描述
某知名房地产公司诚聘融资总监，工作地点：天津
岗位职责：
1、协助公司总经理建立并完善公司的融资管理体系，致力于提高公司的投融资管理水平；
2、负责分析、制订公司融资需求、融资策略和计划，进行融资成本管理，配合资产负债指标及现金流指标达成；
3、负责拓展公司自身融资资源，获得适合公司运作所需的各项融资资源，建立良好的沟通机制；
4、负责对项目初选和前期可行性建议书进行审核；
5、负责组织公司的融资项目可行性分析报告、商业计划书的撰写和审核工作；
6、负责管理和维护公司与银行及非银行金融机构、证券机构、投资基金等客户的公共关系，建立、维护支撑公司融资的统一平台；
7、负责组织公司重大项目展开风险评审、方案制定和实施；
8、完成公司领导临时交办的各项工作任务。
任职资格：
1、学历/专业：大学本科以上学历，财务类、金融类、投资类专业。
2、工作经验/年龄：30-45岁，8年以上相关工作经验，有从事公司投资、项目开发管理、资产经营管理等从业经验者优先。
3、管理经验：至少3年以上相同岗位管理经验。
4、知识/技能：熟悉公司财务分析、财务管理、预算管理，熟悉资本运作业务，熟练掌握投融资流程和专项业务知识；熟悉国家相关财务、经济、金融及管理体制改革等方面法律法规政策；受过管理学、经济学、战略管理、管理技能开发、公共关系、财务知识等方面的培训。熟悉办公自动化和财务系统软件操作，良好的口头和书面表达能力。
5、资格证书：本科以上毕业证书，中级以上职称资格证书。
6、个人素质：有较强的组织协调能力、逻辑思维能力、判断与决策能力、商务谈判能力、财务风险控制能力、人际沟通公关能力；有职业素质、责任感，工作稳健果断、条理性强，讲究工作效率，能承受较大的工作压力。
