Description of Position
? Deeply understanding production working principle and follow and analysis the problem from production system
? To offer production knowledge for our potential customer on production promotion phase
? Evaluates solutions and identify system gaps to business problems / bottlenecks and to evaluate alternate methods to increase efficiency and improve controls
? To optimize current business process for improved efficiency and accuracy
? To ensure that systems and processes developed adhere to corporate strategy, industry standards and legislative

requirements
? Ensuring the new function running smoothly for our customer before go-live

Key Job Functions
? Deeply understand the project methodology
? IT system development life cycle hands-on experience: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation
? Conduct research, data collection, analysis and synthesis to prepare, present and deliver recommendations and solutions to analyse, and define business requirements and then convert them into system requirements
? As business process advisor, development of business process expertise in which he/she is recognized as experts to facilitate effective communication
? Contribute to the development of a solution design that meets business requirements
? System testing for new function, bugs, new project, upgrade, etc.
? Writing user acceptance test (UAT) documents, preparing the UAT data and will be presented during UAT process
Document and updating the user manual for new functions
? Internal supporting for others
? Internal training for system new function
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Communication Network
Bachelor or above

Job Requirements
? University degree in Computing related education background or equivalent,
? Automobile industry background work experience is preferred,
? 3-5 years working experience in consultant or related fields.
? Familiar with software development life cycle
? Familiar with applications support of technologies related to .NET, C#, Oracle, SQL, relational Database technology;
? Strong skills in business model analysis, communication and documentation
? Strong Analytics and Communication skills are the must
? Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines
? Must be able to work well in a team environment
? Fluent English in written and verbal
