职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinating, scheduling and calendaring of meetings
? Arrange travel plans, itineraries and agendas
? Collect and consolidate weekly reports from different business units
? Completes critical aspects of deliverable with a hands-on-approach, including drafting of emails, writing minutes, and other tasks as assigned
? Handle HR management work including recruiting and personnel document management
? Provide general administrative support to the team
? Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

? Diploma in Finance, Business, Marketing or equivalent
? Related working experience is preferred
? Be able to use both English and Japanese/Korean as working language
? Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
? Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of tact and discretion
