职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Sales Report and Sales Communication Deck
a) Sephora Brow Bar Sales report (monthly, weekly, daily)
b) Sephora Communication Deck Consolation (monthly, weekly)
c) Other report/deck assigned by KA Manager
? Order handling and daily maintenance in Sephora Channel
a) Familiar with SOP, handle weekly orders promptly, identify abnormal situation and propose feasible solution.
b) Pay attention to the order process, coordinate with SSC to ensure orders, products and invoices processed smoothly.
c) Assist supervisor in case of OOS.
? Sephora Project management
a) In Store Activity Planning, Execution and monitoring
b) Other projects assigned by KA Manager
? Internal Communication
a) Keep close communication with regional sales team on a daily basis to ensure support to sales execution
b) Good Communication with other functions, eg. Marketing, SA, SSC
? Sales Administration:
a) File the documents, e.g. contract, authorization letter, etc.
b) Organize internal meeting, make and deliver meeting minutes
c) Travel arrangement, e.g. flight and hotel booking

Requirements:
? Numerical and analytical ability
? Priority setting
? Business and data acumen
? Fast learner and can work independently with efficiency, while being a team player
? Strong execution skills
? 1~2 year working experience, sales area background is preferred
? Fluent in English and Mandarin (written, spoken and reading).
? Good in use of Microsoft office application, including word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
