Job Description:
- Coordinate and drive Applications teams in the same perimeter (upon candidate’s experience a direct management of applications team could also be possible);
- Be responsible of the whole marketing strategy in the above defined perimeter (product definition, product promotion, business partnerships) in agreement with Automotive strategy and targets (revenues, market share);
- Define yearly, quarterly, long terms targets and deploy them accordingly to the overall team;
- Coordinate and interface with Sales organizations and Product groups to synergize and maximize effectiveness;
- Define product roadmaps (in agreement with product groups);
- Manage, constantly review, improve methodology, tools (in cooperation with relevant groups and organizations), KPI for all the team;
- Monitoring and analyzing trends, market directions and propose suitable solutions, biz models, partnerships with all the relevant value chain stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Master degree or above in Engineering or relevant subject
- 10 years (or more) of experience on Automotive; minimum 5 years in the above defined perimeter (in China or GCSA);
- Minimum 3 years in managerial roles (preferably in multinational, leading players in the same segment);
- Leadership and communication skills (preferably proven in multicultural, multi-disciplinary environment);
- Good mastering of English (besides Chinese of course). 举报 分享
