职位名称: 工装夹具工程师

直接上司: 工装夹具主管
【岗位职责】
? 根据产品工程师或者研发工程师的要求，设计飞机零部件维修过程中所需用到的工装夹具
? 使用绘图软件，完成工装夹具的制图,设计符合FAAEASA审查要求的维修专用工装、夹具或设备并在加工完成后负责装配及交付使用
? 制定方设计案,根据标准件或其他成件选型，向采购部门提出采购需求;配合采购部门，督促供应商完成工装夹具的工作，并及时纠正供应商的错误
? 工装夹具的装配、调试、验收和交付使用
? PMA零件设计或零件国产化,与生产部门协调进度
【任职资格】
? 机械制造、机械加工、机电一体化等相关专业，本科以上学历
? 三年以上相关工作经验，民航领域优先
? 有扎实的机械结构设计知识，熟悉机械加工工艺和检验方法
? 熟练使用绘图工具（Soildworks, AUTOCAD）
? 具有团队精神，学习能力强，沟通能力强；
? 有较好的英语读写及交流能力者优先录用

Report to: Team leader of Tooling & Equipment
[Responsibilities]
? Use proper software to design and develop tooling/equipment in accordance with the requirement by product engineer or drawing to fulfill the production maintenance activities;
? Coordinate with purchase department and supplier to surveillance those ongoing project, regular check with the project progress and provide proposal to supplier if any nonconformance was found or any improvement that have to be implemented;
? Cooperate with Toolcrib to complete the acceptance inspection and clarify with supplier if discrepancy found;
? Establish operation manual and maintenance manual for design tooling/equipment;
? Support production to optimize the existing tooling/equipment to improve efficiency;
? Study and develop tooling/equipment according to new capability demand;
? Other task or duties assigned by management.
[Requirements]
? Above Bachelor degree, major in mechanical manufacture and automation or similar specialty;
? At least 3 year working experience in related machinery design;
? Skilled 3-D design software, such as solidworks, autoCAD, Catia etc;
? Solid understanding on mechanical structure design, familiar with machinery skill and inspection;
? Good interpersonal skills, problem solving oriented mind set;
? Proficiency in English languages are prefer, fluent in English speaking, writing and reading. 举报 分享
