We are now seeking a Business Development Professional with rich experience in real estate industry to join in our team to take charge of business development activities. Work location is in Beijing.

Position/职位：Project Manager/项目经理

Key Responsibilities /主要职责

1. In charge of market research and analysis of real estate project in primary stage, seek market opportunity, project evaluation and selection, organize drafting investment initial report and investment review report in the primary stage of investment project.

负责组织地产项目前期市场调研与考察分析，寻找市场机会，项目评估与选择，组织编制投资项目前期的投资初判报告及投资评审报告；

2. Organize to implement land development plan, look for land and project resources.

组织实施公司土地拓展计划，寻找土地和项目资源；

3. Organize and communicate to intended partners on business negotiation and assist to sign contract;

组织与意向合作伙伴的沟通、谈判并协助签约；

4. Responsible for establish and maintain long-term relations with partners and officials;

负责建立并维护与合作伙伴、政府的长期良好关系；

5. Prepare report and presentation document which are related to market and projects.

准备市场、项目相关报告和演示文件。

Requirement / 任职要求

1. Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in economic management, marketing, land plan, real estate operation and management etc. ;
教育背景：经济管理、市场营销、土地规划、房地产经营管理相关专业本科或以上学历；

2. Working experience: 3 years or above working experience, related real estate market research, business development, real estate investment and development, or investigation and research experiences in other industries are preferred;
工作经验：三年以上工作经验，相关房地产市场研究、业务拓展、房地产投资与发展或其它领域调研工作者经验优先；

3. Experience in seeking marketing opportunity as well as research local land development process and rules/regulations is preferable, have industry analysis and market predict experience;
具备寻找市场机会，调研当地土地开发程序和法规的相关经验者优先，具有一定行业分析、市场预测的经验；

4. Good communication skill, leadership skill and team spirit, judgmental market insight and rational analysis ability;

良好的交流沟通能力，领导力和团队精神，敏锐的市场洞察力、理性的分析能力；

5. Good written English and translation ability, fluent oral English communication ability;

出色的书面英语和笔译能力，英语口语流利；

6. Familiar with PPT preparation;

熟练制作PPT等演示文稿；

7. Willing to travel.

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The company was founded by Huan De Group whose shareholder is Tucher & Schmied Family. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government.
