工作职责Responsibilities：
1、 负责跟进客户信息，安排客户预约时间，确认预约；
2、 接待至学校进行现场咨询的客户,向潜在客户介绍芝麻街英语课程，通过沟通根据客户意愿，为孩子定制相应课程；
3、 严格按照芝麻街英语销售程序和政策为家长介绍芝麻街英语课程内容和教学方法，定期参加销售培训并做业务陈述；
4、 负责课程产品的报价及合同签署；
5、 完善课程顾问的学员跟进数据库，确保达成学习目标；
6、 定期对客户进行回访，做好售后服务；
7、 持续稳定地实现个人销售目标，与中心职能部和学术部紧密合作，为新的客户和现有客户传递芝麻街英语式体验，确保中心完成每月和每季度的销售指标，以达成销售和服务目标；
职位要求Requirements：
1、本科以上学历，具备1年以上销售或同类型岗位工作经验（同行业销售经验者优先考虑）
2、热爱销售，愿意挑战高薪；
3、有较强的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神；
4、为人踏实稳重，有服务意识、能够承受较强的工作压力；
5、诚实正直并具有良好职业道德；
6、熟练操作Windows 办公软件，例如： Word、PPT、Excel等各种软件的操作。
