职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for coordinating and implementing compound related activities in China factories. This means reviewing current standards for Croslite compounds testing, collaborating to the best practices for all the processes related to Croslite foams (e.g. color alignment, recycling, cost saving, etc.), assisting in the technical development of new processes involving Croslite/TPU/TPR etc. materials.
? The Compound Engineer will be responsible for materials and processes validation, supporting the testing and introduction of new compounds, chemicals and processes.
? The Compound Engineer will challenge factories and collaborate with them in achieving and maintaining adherence to Crocs Compound Specs and Global Quality Standards.
? Driving suppliers to maintain the highest product and quality standards in compounding and injection.
? Is able to communicate and commit to clear standards in Compounding/Injections that meet and exceed Crocs expectations
? Interacting directly in plant manufacturing environment with regular and random audit both in laboratory and injection floor
? Leads the effort to insure that Crocs best practices are carried out when establishing best practices for compound related matters.
? Continuously explores and drives innovation through revolutionary and evolutionary changes in Crocs formulations, compounding and injection processes.

Requirements:
? Footwear process background with preferably 3 years working experience within the footwear industry in testing /compounding/ injection area.
? Strong understanding of the raw materials, testing and processing used in footwear manufacturing.
? Strong analytical skills for problem solving and the creation, planning and execution of project work.
? Able to work independently and to take the right steps, in his projects and when managing meeting and facing suppliers
? Ability to communicate clearly across the Crocs organization
? Available to travel abroad up to 8 weeks per year if required
? preferably 3 years of compound processing or compound testing experience in the footwear industry
? knowledge of Microsoft Office software package
? Flexible, strong character, effective team builder, willing to learn and take challenge
? Can read and write some basic English
