Job Title: Manager, Finance
Position Summary:
Works closely with the business leaders to develop strategic/financial plans, conduct analyses of the business’s performance and participate in a wide variety of finance related projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contributes to the corporate strategy, operational goals and protects corporate assets through the development and implementation of sound accounting policies and procedures.
* Analyzes proposed plans and policies as well as new programs to determine costs and projected profitability.
* Performs special financial studies for management in conjunction with recommended or proposed plans.
* Provides for sound and timely managerial decisions and controls by providing evaluated financial operational data and information to management.
* Maintains contacts with outside agencies and other third parties to obtain financial operating data used in formulating the company’s financial policies and plans.
* Complies with all internal control policies and procedures and will implement control improvements based upon changing business conditions.
Requirement:
- Solid experience in accounting 扎实的总账经验
- Project experience in ERP implementation and management拥有财务系统实施和管理的经验
- Minimum of eight years of experience in finance or accounting至少八年财务工作经验
