职位描述：
主要工作职责Major Responsibilities :
? Support Head of Direct Channel Management in driving, developing and implementing cross-functional flagship projects, covering remote channel development, IT & system enhancement, and other retail banking infrastructure improvement.
? Lead and manage small scale remote channel development projects independently with other project stakeholders.
? Identify opportunities for the improvement of systems, procedures and services from customers' perspective.
? Prepare procedural manuals, guidelines, staff & customer communications.
? Coordinate relevant stakeholders and participate in well delivery of projects and user acceptance tests.
? Conduct documentation, data collection and analysis, and progress monitoring to support project planning and implementation

? University graduate or above
? At least 5 years experience in direct banking/ebanking field or other relevant function in banking
? Good sense on new channel emerging in the market and how in can be adaptable to the bank business
? Able to lead cross team/department projects independently
