岗位职责：

- 建立和完善公司的招聘体系，优化和梳理招聘流程；
- 做好招聘渠道的拓展和维护，利用各种有效招聘途径满足公司的人才需求；
- 完成各岗位的招聘工作，通过甄选、面试、测评等方式选拔人才；
- 负责招聘效果的分析和招聘结果的跟踪、反馈和修正。

任职要求：
- 本科学历，两年以上专职招聘经验；
- 熟悉企业招聘流程及各类招聘渠道；
- 具备丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉招聘流程，能够熟练运用各种招聘工具
-工作责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力；
- 有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
