职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、对拟投资项目进行财务尽职调查并出具财务尽职调查报告；
2、实施各尽调项目的事前、事中及事后的财务管理工作；
2、领导安排需要对尽调项目建立盈利预测、项目价值模型，辅助尽调项目决策；
4、整理尽调项目的相关税务规定，汇总税务情况，并拟定税务筹划措施；
5、根据安排对项目的财务工作进行监管，定期了解项目的财务状况，发现问题及时汇报；
6、参与实施项目移交、清算等相关的财税工作；
7、领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1、会计/金融、经济法等相关专业硕士及以上学历；熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理，并了解相关的法律法规；
2、在知名会计师事务所任职5年以上的工作经验，有VC项目尽调经验；
3、了解尽职调查、股权投资、并购、整合、资产和股权处置、IPO等专业知识，熟悉股权投资项目运作流程，具有较强的财务分析能力和敏感性；
4、拥有国内知名创投机构的相关行业工作经验者优先；
5、拥有CPA、CFA或基金从业资格者优先；
6、良好的道德品质和职业操守，良好的抗压能力，能够接受较大工作压力和经常出差 举报 分享
