职位描述：
1- VOC/non-VOC/ review and usage control coordination UPS服务类供应商评估流程协调人
2-Contract review 合同初审
3- 寄送付款单据到UPS合肥共享中心
4- 扫描付款进项发票、汇总差额扣减数据
5- 开具关联企业销项发票
6- 打印银行对账单、零星存现
7- Record Retention coordination 档案管理协调
8- Other internal audit required其他内审协调
 

Requirements要求:

? Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred. 财务专业优先
? At least 2 years related experience, data management experience is an advantage 至少2年相关经验、有数据管理经验优先
? Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure 有一定的承压能力
? Strong computer operating skill in Access & Excel 办公电脑软件操作熟练
? Able to work on over time if required 必要时能接受加班
? Immediate Available is an advantage 及时上岗者优先
