1、负责大客户的沟通联系,包括应急事件和解决方案等;
2、支持大客户管理,包括某些大项目报价申请、投标;并确定其与全球/区域/当地部门达成一致
3、与Schenker海外分公司及合作伙伴的联系
4、处理DSO管理,确保付款周期符合协议要求
5、负责月度报告,监督业绩。
任职资格:
1、良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力和问题解决能力
2、精通中文、英文的听说读写能力,精通粤语优先考虑
3、电脑操作能力:精通MS Office, 包括word,excel和PPT
4、大专以上学历
5、至少3年以上货代和物流行业经验
General Description
The incumbent is responsible for acting as the main contact person in coordinating all activities of the assigned important account, including ad-hoc inquiry / RFQ management /DSO management and coordinate the urgent issues between the important customers and Schenker operations and Customer Services department
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for important key account being main contacts for ad-hoc inquiry and solutions etc.
2、To support Key account management on some big RFQs /bids in line with the global / regional / local agreement
3、Oversea communication with Schenker branches or partnership agents
4、Handling DSO management to ensure the payment cycle within the agreement
5、Prepare monthly report to monitor the performance
Requirements:
1、Strong communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
2、Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
3、Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
4、College or above
5、At least 3 years relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
