Customer Services Officer
Job Requirements:
Tertiary Education or above in any discipline
Min 3 years experience in hard toys, stationery or art & crafts
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product testing procedures
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
Proficiency in PC applications / MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
Job Duties:
Responsible for full spectrum of customer services duties
Coordinate with clients, overseas offices, vendors and internal counterparts
Monitoring the product development and order follow-up operations, include FOB & Domestic orders
Work closely with QA/QC team on products safety/testing issue and shipment inspection
Ensure smooth customer services operation & distribution with Shipping Dept & manufacturers
Update and review all order reports & distribution system
