International Customer Services Coordinator


Job Requirements:
- Tertiary Education or above in any discipline
- Min 3 years experience in hard toys, stationery or art & crafts
- Experience in customer service and order administration is preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product testing procedures
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in PC applications / MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin

Job Duties:
- Responsible for full spectrum of merchandising duties
- Coordinate with clients, overseas offices, vendors and internal counterparts
- Monitoring the merchandising operations, include FOB & Domestic orders
- Work closely with QA/QC team on products safety/testing issue and shipment inspection
- Ensure smooth merchandising operation & distribution with Shipping Dept & manufacturers
- Update and review all order reports & distribution system
