职位描述：
岗位职责:

- Act as the local primary technical liaison with customers during qualification process quality support
- Support target accounts from prospect through qualification and Integration phases
- Responsible for local functional expertise for all enterprise products and the key customer evaluation/joint-qualification tools design verification, implementation and evaluation the system firmware for
enterprise HDD/SSD that will optimize performance, endurance and reliability.
- Develop new test software and utility tools per different application to validate HDD/SSD compatibility and reliability for target applications in field
- Setup the enterprise HDD/SSD storage test systems and prepare test scripts for the evaluation in field according to customer\s application environment.
- Perform failure analysis by using storage interface bus analyzer and digital scope, identifying the issues, duplicating the problems, and resolving the issues with corrective actions
- Work with the key customer to implement HDD/SSD functions per customer requirements, debug customer issues and prepare test report.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree (or above) in Engineering or Computing
2. 2 years experience in Server/PC manufacturing , experience in customer support/service environment is preferred;
3. Knowledge of Quality tool;
4. Open minded, good communication skills, customer-oriented, aggressive and willing to take challenging assignments;
5. Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing.
