1、 Take in charge daily HR data system (staff information, attendance, directory, contract, etc) maintenance and keep the data acurate and updated always;
2、Coordinate with labor agency for outsourcing staff management;
3、 Implement effective communication between HR team and wuhu office to explain company policies to employees and to collect information from employees to HR team;
4、Assist HRM to implement related HR projects and giving advice when needed;
5、Coordination of all HR aspects with each HR team members and give advice or professional consulting service to HR team;
6、 Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the Company or other sources;
7、 Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;
8、 Any others additional task and duties required by HR Manager
职位要求:
1、 Education:
? Bachelor degree or above;
2、 Experience:
? Minimum 2 years experience in in HR function area, preferably in multi-national forwarding company;
3、 Language Skills:
? Basic verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; CET 4
4、 Computer Skills:
? Good PC skills, esp. MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint;
5、 Core Competencies:
? Teamwork and co-operation skills;
? Communication and negotiation skills;
? Focus on quality spirit;
? Result Orientation;
