Duties and responsibilities
To ensure a high level of professionalism with both client and client vendors at all times. This position manages client relationship at the first line of contact.. Must have strong interpersonal skills, dealing client needs at all levels.

Customer service
■ Man the service reception/production center hotline and handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
■ To exhibit a professional and customer focused approach in all dealings with clients.
■ To provide ‘hands on’ assistance as required in reprographics department during heavy workload and/ or tight deadline situations.
■ Conference Room reservations

Operations
■ To manage customer expectations and be proactive
■ Assist with the general production duties where appropriate.
■ Receipt of incoming calls, and resolving queries raised where possible.
■ Assignment of incoming request to the Manager / CSM responsible for the related issue
■ Maintaining an up to date and efficient filing system.
■ Any ad hoc requirements from senior management.

Communication
■ Work closely with the supervisor ensuring that they can meet the deadlines that are being set.
■ Act as the help desk hotline for clients to report and/or resolve any equipment related issues

■ Proven ability to perform duties with little or no supervision
■ Able to multi-task and prioritise job demands
■ Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
■ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
■ Ability to work as an effective team member
■ Good communicator at all levels
■ Highly customer focused
■ Flexible approach, both following job requirements and time requirements
■ Willing to work “overtime” as and when required
