Business Finance Manager, Transaction Banking
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities and Roles
? Mthly refresh Full Year Forecast (P&L, sales volume, sales productivity…)
? 5 year plan (set up single branch model, overall P&L & PPT preparation ect.)
? Yearly budget preparation:
- Build up Budget models & co-ordinate with Product Heads
- Collect initiatives & project planning
- Budget review PPT preparation
? Various PPT preparation for Management Meetings
? Non-Fin KPI tracking
? Branch performance report
? HC tracking by branch by position & refrct
? CIR tracking by branch by product
? Various Ad Hoc CBRC reports
?
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. University degree above with 5-6 years of business planning / analysis experience in Banking industry, including 2-3 years of quantitative analysis and building financial/statistical models
2. Be familiar with bank products and business flow. Experience in financial analysis is preferred.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong business writing skills.
4. Strong ability of PowerPoint & Excel
5. Strong analytical skills with logical & strategic thinking
