工作职责：

1.推动合作伙伴的业绩增长包括：各类竞赛、推广活动等的组织和推进；

2.组织安排组织各类会议、培训和各类活动，完善并执行例会、考勤、活动量管理等制度会议、培训、产品竞赛等各类活动；

3.负责合作渠道服务人员的人才引进；

4.协助银行制定销售计划并据此管理所辖渠道的销售工作，带领所管辖的渠道经理达到各项考核要求和销售目标；

5.负责维护所辖渠道的关系，确保银保业务的顺利开展，定期就所辖渠道业绩情况进行总结分析；

6.负责安排、协调、实施所辖渠道的培训并对培训效果进行总结反馈；

7.检查、督导下属做好网点的日常维护工作，营造良好的工作环境，包括公关、宣传资料布置、促销礼品、相关单证交接、售后服务及客户投诉工作；

8.搜集并向公司反馈市场信息、所辖渠道意见及客户需求；

9.协助主管开拓新的银行网点；

职位要求：

1.大学及以上学历

2.持有《保险代理从业人员资格证书》

3.5年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）

4.熟悉保险及金融业务知识

5.较强的沟通协调能力
