职位描述
Primary Purpose
-Responsible for the leather Development & Technical support, at the same time also take care of the product delivery.
Job responsibilities:
-Monitor SP's RM (raw material)s orders/delivery/quantity status each seasons, communicate all related parties if status might affect FG schedule.
-Issue standards of each RM to SPs, including color standard/cutting standard/quality standard, clarify acceptable range of each RM to SP's, and visit SP for setting up standard if necessary.
-Follow up BOM issue when it's relates to RM specification, such as CM#/Vendor/price/description of each item.
-Involve in raw material like leather issue, help SP's to allocate correct RM vendor of each items. Also co-ordinate with NY partners in SLOB material moving from available party to needed party (such as SPs in Italy)
-Involve in leather WF% calculation during Comm. sampling stage, help SPs to set up cutting standard on skins, ensure enough leather purchased for production.
- Follow up all call-out issues of RM delivery/quality issue in all process (including ED/Comm. Sampling/Pre-Production/During
Production/FG inspection), communicate with all related parties for quick solution and decision making.
-Involved in some non-major RM sourcing issue (such as COO lable/lining material).
Job Requirements:
-Good English comprehension and communication skills on both speaking and writing.
-Good team leader role for product delivery and leather material development.
-Minimum of 5 years leather Development & Technical support background with good senses of manufacturing experiences on handbags.
-Bachelor degree graduate preferred.
-For current business needs, this position is based in Dongguan
