职位描述
工作职责：
1、通过对客户的的综合理财需求分析，帮助客户制订资产配置方案并向客户提供投资建议；
2、通过各类渠道，接触并筛选有效客户；
3、通过参与组织的理财沙龙和理财讲座等活动的筹备工作，提升客户转化率；
4、通过持续跟进与服务，为客户不断提供专业的理财咨询与服务。
待遇： 面议（高额提成 +多层次培训+公司其他福利）
工作地点： 深圳福田区卓越世纪中心一号楼
岗位要求：
1、大专或本科以上学历，具有销售，客户服务，银行，保险，金融领域的工作经验2年以上者优先考虑，优秀应届生亦可；
2、具备良好的沟通与理解能力、团队协作能力，有良好客户基础者优先；
3、能独立解决问题，具备一定的思考、分析与判断能力，能承受住较大压力，勇于挑战；
4、具有深圳户口或持有一签多行港澳通行证或香港商务签证或外国签证者优先考虑；
5、良好的汉语和英语语言能力，懂粤语者优先考虑。
