职位描述
岗位职责：
建立健全公司财务管理制度，贯彻执行国家财经法律、法规；
组织完善公司财务核算体系，制定企业内部会计、成本核算办法和流程；
建立和完善财务内部稽核制度；
制定公司的内部控制制度，并监督执行；
规划会计机构、会计岗位的设置和人员的配备；
根据企业会计准则，组织公司的会计核算、编制财务报表，向公司管理层提供各项财务报告，定期进行经济活动分析；
成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核， 对公司成本控制运行情况进行分析总结。
必要条件：
财会等相关专业本科及以上学历；
五年以上财务同等管理岗位工作经验；
较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
熟悉制造业流程，精通制造业成本核算；
熟悉“免抵退”相关业务操作；
熟练运用SAP软件（使用过SAP系统2年以上），熟练操作常用办公软件；
有上市公司财务经验者优先，有注册会计师资格者优先。
