主要工作内容：
制定网络规划原则和技术方案，完成现场中层站、低层站、高层站和室内站点的规划；
主要工作职责：
负责GSM/TD/LTE网络规划技术定址，以及具体设计方案细节；
岗位要求
1、研究生学历，通信工程专业，35岁以下；
2、三年以上相关工作经验；
3、培训经历：GSM/TD/LTE无线网络空中接口培训、GSM/TD/LTE无线信令培训、GSM/TD/LTE无线网络规划原理、无线电与天线基本原理；
4、行业背景及工作经验: 最好拥有： 2 年 通信网络规划 （职位）经验，或 三 年 通信技术研发或运营商技术管理 （行业）经验；
5、专业资格：通信工程师
6、常规知识：Office工具、数据库原理、数理统计；
7、专业技能:通信原理、数字通信技术、无线电基本原理、GSM/TD/LTE无线通信原理 ；
8、性格特征：严谨、求实、开朗、好学、自信；
