-根据相关标准，指导和监督团队成员执行测试；
-协助其他部门确保实验室运作的高效性；
-制定项目计划以及核查项目的成果；
-处理客户的投诉；
-审核和审批项目和报告；
-为销售和市场员工提供信息技术支持以推广测试服务；
-监控和支持测试和认证的整个流程；
-确保项目文件符合质量控制的要求。
职位要求：
-具备人本管理与监督能力；
-具备良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力；
-至少3年以上玩具物理测试相关工作经验。
