Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Routine production equipment performance monitoring, data recording, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
? Spare parts and tools management including storage, purchase and maintenance.
? Support on equipment performance (safety, reliability, efficiency and etc.) improvement projects through PEx including Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.
? Support on energy saving projects implementation.
? Support on projects for new product, equipment or process implementation.
? Support on equipment and facility overhaul project.
Education & Experience
Required
？ Secondary specialized school or College degree major in mechanical, electricity related
？ More than 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing - injection molding and automation industry related preferred
Desired
? Certification on LV electrical
Desired Skills
? Good commitment to work and sense of safety, quality and cost.
? Able to read, write English;
Soft Skills
? Document processing in computer skill
? Basic knowledge of CMMS (such as TabWare)
