Program Manager (Customer Service)

☆ Job Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts. The Manager's duties will consist of but no t limited to:

☆ Managing and developing project plans :
1. Build project metrics, analyze data and provide reports to management and others;
2. Own a master schedule and is responsible for updates to the official product plan of record; track milestone deliverables; ensure all key checkpoints are passed;
3. Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time;
4. Review status with the customer and the management team;
5. Understand and drive written understanding of the project contract terms with customer and the business development team;
6. Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations;
7. Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams;
8. Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion;
9. Ensure timely implementation of Engineering activity and ECOs

☆ Requirements:
1. Degree holder with minimum 7 years' customer service and operations experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, in which at managerial level for 3 years or above is preferable.
2 Broad exposure to foreign and OEM businesses. Experienced in working with multinational companies.
3. MUST speak, read and write fluent English and Mandarin
4. MUST have confidence to be able to respond to and speak directly with US based customers
5. All candidates MUST have legal authorization to permanently live and work in China without visa or employer sponsorship
6. Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
