①市场营销等专业专科以上学历；
②3年以上渠道经销商管理工作经验及丰富的市场推广、品牌推广经验；
③敏锐的市场意识，对市场和行业的发展有深刻的洞察力和较强的分析判断能力；具备较强的市场开拓、创新、调查研究能力；具备良好的人际交往、公关能力、业务谈判及客户沟通能力；良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
岗位职责
1、拟定经销商协助方案,提交市场管理部经理审批
2、实施经销商商务协助,传播公司的销售政策和经营理念，提升经销商的综合实力，使其做大做强
3、开发新市场，推广公司品牌，寻找符合公司要求的合作伙伴，并与之建立长期、稳定的合作关系
4、新开发的客户协助与维护
5、根据部门要求，定期实施市场信息调查，竞争对手情况分析，提交调查分析报告和建设性意见
6、定期向部门经理汇报工作，提交工作报告
7、完成公司和上级交办的工作任务
