任职资格：
①市场营销等专业本科以上学历，英语六级，流利的英语交流；
②1年以上电线电缆行业外贸销售工作经验，熟悉外贸流程，较强的国际市场开拓能力及客户维护能力。
③ 能熟练运用电子商务平台，了解国际市场行情，能独立开发新客户。
④熟悉海关出口业务，熟悉报关及商检工作流程。
⑤敏锐的市场意识，对市场和行业的发展有深刻的洞察力和较强的分析判断能力；具备较强的市场开拓、创新、调查研究能力；具备良好的人际交往、公关能力、业务谈判及客户沟通能力；良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
岗位职责：
1、国际市场开发，通过各种电子商务平台、国内外展会等开发市场，发掘潜在客户，促进合作，提升销售业绩。
2、积极维护老客户，开发新客户，跟进各外贸订单的询盘报价，订单确认，签署合同， 跟进订单的生产情况，及时交付客户。
3、按照外贸订单确认的付款方式和价格条款，按时收取客户货款，确保货款安全。
4、办理报关和商检，完善各类报关单证准备。
5、办理货物运输、安排货代、确认定舱，办理出通关手续。
6、接待各类来访的外国客户，维护新老客户，保持良好稳定的合作关系，建立完善的客户档案。
7、受理客户投诉，并及时处理客户问题，为客户提供优质的售后服务。
