1、具有三年以上电工电气产品（开关插座）、灯饰、照明灯具产品渠道或工程销售经验；

2、独立的市场开发能力；出色的公关能力；较强的洞察力，善于与人沟通；能很好的与客户中高层有效沟通；

3、熟悉渠道销售的市场模式，较强的成就欲望、学习能力，良好的人际关系，客户服务意识强；

4、团队合作意强，能吃苦耐劳；适应外派广州、上海分公司长期工作。

岗位职责：

1.不断的开发新（准）客户，保持公司渠道市场的影响力以及客户群活力。

2.对市场进行规范和管理，作好市场渠道的分级管理，组织和实施各项销售和联络工作。

3.根据区域客户的销售情况，制定客户拜访（包括电话拜访、上门拜访）计划并组织实施，进行老客户的维护、管理，协助客户的日常销售工作，当好客户的销售顾问（事业顾问），协助渠道经销商进行市场的建设和开发，促进客户的销售进货，努力实现公司销售目标。。

4.对各级经销商进行产品知识（销售知识）的培训指导,协助经销商进行店面的管理（包括产品摆放、广告宣传制作）传播公司销售政策和经营理念；

5.及时了解所属区域市场的销售情况、竞争对手的情况，作好工作日报、周计划及月计划，并提出种改进提案。

6.掌握客户的最新需求，提出广告宣传及促销手段，并协助实施。

7.处理好客户投诉、抱怨，帮助客户解决疑难问题，与客户建立良好的客情关系。

8.及时对客户的资料进行整理及更新，对客户实施动态管理。

9.负责督促部门内相关人员做好接单、审单、催单、发货追踪及售后服务等工作。

10负责行使合同、协议、订单、销售折扣、返利、销售奖励、审核申报的管理权利。

11.负责销售价格的核实及沟通联络等工作。
