①具有3年以上对工程商或房地产开发商产品销售工作经验；

②独立的市场开发能力；出色的公关能力；较强的洞察力，善于与人沟通；能很好的与客户中高层有效沟通；

③熟悉渠道销售的市场模式，较强的成就欲望、学习能力，良好的人际关系，客户服务意识强；

④团队合作意强，能吃苦耐劳；适应外派广州长期工作。

岗位职责

1、负责销售方案的制定与编写、实施大客户部经理下达的相关项目及客户的后期跟进；

2、负责客户合作的谈判并负责对合作项目的进度跟进、管理及售后服务；

3、负责项目标书的撰写及客户就销售产品技术问题进行答疑；

4、对销售同类产品的技术性能、材质、价格进行评估，并得出分析报告。

5、落实和跟踪产品回款，督促客户及时回款降低交易风险；

6、围绕营销部下达的销售目标拟写营销方针和策略计划，合理将销售目标分解至季度、月度、甚者是每个工作日；

7、主动挖掘市场需求，为公司的产品和服务寻找新的业务增长点；

8、与合作方建立并保持正常稳定的关系，保证业务良好开展，稳定客户，从而横向拓展业务；

9、收集市场销售信息，并及时向大客户部经理反馈相关销售信息；

10、完成领导临时交办的其他工作；
