Job Description
? Achieve/exceed sales revenue and profit targets.
? Responsible for new business development as well as maintaining existing customers.
? Manage a sales pipeline of ales opportunity.
? Develop sales plan and budget forecasts.
? Generate quality and timely proposal/sales materials to customers.
? Effectively present, position and communicate the full strengths of the company to customers, partners and suppliers.
? Negotiate business deals and terms of cooperation.
? Prepare sales development report and forecast of potential sales opportunities.
? Plan/Participate/Develop trade fairs and marketing events.
? Maintain constant communication internally on market activities and changes.
? Liaising with R&D, Operations departments, assist in writing proposal, update of marketing materials/brochure, website and etc.
? Understand each market segments, establish on leads and make cold calls on prospects.
Job Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering with minimum 4 years of regional sales experience in the field of semi-conductor, technical services and preferably optical industry.
? Self-starter and independence.
? Highly sales oriented.
? Experience of remote management of a culturally diverse, regional team is essential.
? Analytical with good communication and negotiation skills
? Dynamic and sales driven
? Business value selling, good written and verbal communication, effective presentation and negotiation skills
? Extensive travels to assigned territories.
? Good standards of computer literacy. Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
