高级人力主管/专员

熟悉人力资源六大模块：
1）根据公司战略，制定年度工作计划
2）编制部门及岗位说明
3）招聘计划拟定及成本控制
4）薪酬制度建立并实施
5）绩效考核制度的完善并实施
6）组织开展培训工作
7）劳动争议的处理
8）外籍员工签证及相关事宜的管理
9）用工成本的合理控制
10）部门的日常运作及管理
任职要求：
1、学历：全日制本科及以上学历；
2、专业：经济管理、心理学、人力资源管理等相关专业优先考虑；
3、工作经历：5年以上HR工作经验，有额外管理岗位工作经验优先考虑；
4、具有零售业企业或HR咨询项目负责人经验；
5、其他要求：具有良好的财务知识，熟悉人力成本的计算方式；熟悉薪酬、福利方面的法律法规；人际关系好，沟通协调能力强。
