Job Description (tasks and responsibilities):

? Minimum of 5 years FAE experience with emphasis in application support, ideally with semiconductors selling to manufacturers of mobile or consumer electronics products

? Strong experience in mobile, PC, and/or consumer product design and trouble shooting

? Some knowledge of all aspects of the CE and mobile product ecosystem, including semiconductors, OEM manufacturers, distributors, installers and consumers.

? Knowledge of HDMI and / or MHL technology is must

? Bachelor of Science degree in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent with five to seven years of industry experience. An advanced degree is preferred.

? Familiar with 80C51, C, C++ in device driver is a plus

? Proven ability to work with multi-cultural global companies and make a positive global impact

? Strong communication (including spoken and written English) and interpersonal skills

? Ability to independently isolate technical issues and debug its root cause and drive to its closure

? Decision making and problem solving, sharing of technical specifications and marketing

? communication literature to customers/peers/distributors

? Technical activities required for product marketing conferences, demos and training

? Ability and interest to travel to conduct business with customers in Taiwan and possibly China

? High-level working knowledge of PC architecture (hardware, software, firmware)

? Presentation skills and the ability to understand, specify and communicate requirements to marketing and engineering teams

? Strong technical writing skills & verbal communication skills
? Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

? Ability to communicate well internally as well as to external customers/distributors
